14th January, 2023 played host to our "Boss Woman" workshop- our very first workshop in 2023. The venue was the Iban Ifiok office, 61 Aka - Itiam Road, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
Queens from different communities in the state, including Eket, Oron, Ibiono, Ikono, and Uyo Local Govt. Areas were in attendance. The workshop helped to mold our queens to become inspiring, courageous, and independent women who are SMART enough to manage their time, and goals, bring their visions to reality, and also serve as models.

We achieved this by guiding them through the path of finding persons who share their goals and aspirations using the fun game, BINGO and also encouraged them to set not just goals but S.M.A.R.T. goals, and furthermore, providing necessary materials for them to create their personalized vision boards.
Now we can say that our queens are equipped to become role models to their peers. Every time spent attending Iban Ifiok workshops and programs is a time well invested.
